Digital Marketing Co-ordinator

We’re looking for a volunteer who is savvy with digital content management. This role manages content execution across our website, social channels and email. Time commitment of approximately 1 hour per fortnight.

Tasks

  • Post engaging imagery of new arrivals and behind the scenes photos to Facebook & Instagram following our social media guidelines

  • Update website content via the Wix website platform

  • Update our digital screen display with new content via Google slides

  • Send marketing emails for key events and communications to our member database via Mailchimp

 

Desirable Skills

We would love the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge and active user of Facebook & Instagram

  • Creative and a good understanding of engaging imagery and video content

  • Knowledge of managing a website content management system

  • Knowledge of managing an email platform such as Mailchimp

  • Ability to use google slides

  • Friendly and social attitude
