Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations within 14 days of pick-up will receive a 50% refund, 7 days or less will receive no refund. For cancellations outside these windows, a full refund will be issued. Late return of party packs will incur a fee up to the total cost of the original hire. In the case of damage or loss, a replacement fee will be payable. Missing pieces from games $5 per piece. Chewed or damaged kickbricks $5 per brick.
