Party Pack Co-ordinator


The Party Pack Coordinator manages our party pack enquiries and bookings via email. Attending monthly committee meetings is not required. Time commitment of approximately 1 hour per week (may vary). Attending monthly committee meetings is not required. 


Daily Tasks​

  • Review the email inbox for party pack hire requests

  • Respond to requests using response template

  • Allocate bookings vis spreadsheet

  • Review payments once received


As required Tasks​

  • Raise any issues for discussion to the Committee
