Party Pack Co-ordinator
ROLE OVERVIEW.
The Party Pack Coordinator manages our party pack enquiries and bookings via email. Attending monthly committee meetings is not required. Time commitment of approximately 1 hour per week (may vary). Attending monthly committee meetings is not required.
Daily Tasks

Review the email inbox for party pack hire requests

Respond to requests using response template

Allocate bookings vis spreadsheet

Review payments once received
As required Tasks

Raise any issues for discussion to the Committee
